This was one of the stranger pageants we've gone to. Everyone except contestants and visiting royality was required to pay to get in, they charged for the programs (which I have to say were very nice) and they spent a lot of time doing raffles. I didn't get to buy any tickets :( But the decorations were great and the support they had was awesome.
